LPN, LLC MEMORIAL PROGRAM

LPN frequently receives requests from individuals wanting to donate money for a memorial at Lake Panorama National or Panorama West. In response, LPN has developed a memorial program to give individuals an avenue to remember and honor loved ones.

Memorial funds can be designated for the following:

Lake Panorama National

GOLF COURSE TREE

  • In conjunction with the golf course superintendent, choose a preferred species of tree from a nursery that will deliver to and install at Lake Panorama National golf course. Only mature trees that are guaranteed for one year will be planted. Not all species of trees will be approved.

  • In conjunction with the golf course superintendent, determine a location for the tree. Not every location will be approved.

  • The name of the person for whom the tree is planted will be placed on the plaque in the clubhouse and on the LPN website. A record of the locations of donated trees is kept by the golf course superintendent.

  • LPN reserves the right to move a tree. LPN is not responsible to replace or maintain trees that become infected with a disease, insects and/or damaged by an act of nature.

GOLF COURSE BENCH

  • Benches are placed at tee boxes. Location will be determined in conjunction with the golf course superintendent.

  • Bench design and color has been predetermined by Lake Panorama National (see attached).

  • The name of the person for whom the bench is given will be engraved on a plaque and affixed to the bench. Plaque will be engraved with “In Memory of loved one”. Name will also be on the LPN website.

  • LPN reserves the right to move a bench.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT - $500+

  • Memorials can be given for general capital improvements at Lake Panorama National.
