Play begins at 5 p.m., with registration starting at 4:30 p.m. Couples are encouraged to arrive early to review event details, receive hole assignments, and pay the $1 per couple entry fee. Non-passholders also will need to pay applicable green fees.

No preregistration is required; however, those needing a cart should call the Panorama West Pro Shop at (641) 755-2250 to reserve one. Entry fees are returned as prize money, distributed during a social gathering on the deck following the round.
